Casa Lucília is located close to Ferragudo's central village square and combines the original character of a traditional house with plenty of natural light, tranquillity and exceptionally generous outdoor spaces.
Unlike our other holiday homes, Casa Lucília is not located
within OÁSIS Garden Village, but in a quiet setting close to
Ferragudo's central village square. The renovated house retains
much of its original character, including its largely preserved
traditional clay walls.
The architecture has been designed so that the lower autumn
and winter sun floods the house with natural light and warmth.
During the summer, the solid, naturally insulating walls help
maintain a pleasantly balanced indoor temperature.
Inside, Casa Lucília offers two bedrooms,
an open gallery with a double bed, one bathroom,
and a living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen.
One of the house's main features is its sheltered patio
with barbecue and the exceptionally large,
terraced garden. Here you can enjoy the sunshine,
tranquillity and Mediterranean way of life in complete privacy.
From the roof terrace there are beautiful views across
the rooftops of Ferragudo and the River Arade towards
the Monchique mountains. At the same time, the village square,
restaurants and the authentic everyday life of Ferragudo
are only a few steps away.
